this is the first installment of the viscutlure.com weblog.  honored to serve.  so here goes:

    the sand on this beach is worth millions of dollars.  undeveloped real estate on the island of Ft. Myers Beach is at a premium (truly, it is almost wholly unavailable today), and here toward the southern tip of the island is a beach some 100 yards and more wide separating the beachfront properties from the actual waterline.
